Be sure to keep checking your profile if you would like to secure your positions. Invites update every 48 hrs and if not claimed cannot be returned.
Payment for each qualification is due at the time of acceptance and may occur at different invite intervals.
USASA will not send email notifications of qualifications, they must be claimed from the athlete profile.
